The project
A tactile texture sample board developed as part of a private commission. The board brought a range of surface patterns together in flexible TPU for direct comparison.
Design details
The study includes stars, hearts, nubs and other textured forms. Producing the variations in the same flexible material made it possible to compare their geometry and tactile character side by side.
In use
The sample board served as a physical design study within a larger private project, exploring how repeated surface details translate from a digital model into flexible printed material.
