The project
A run of 20 induction awards created for Generation 13 of The Generation of Educated Men, or GEM. The awards were used during the organization’s induction ceremony as entry gifts.
Design details
The design places a blue faceted gemstone form on a personalized black base. It connects the organization’s GEM identity with an individual recognition object for each inductee.
In use
The commission was conceived as a recurring legacy award and gift, establishing a design that could continue with future generations.
